That's the one big drawback of the side playing great at club level: We are going to get torn to shreds over the Origin period. Cobbo, Capewell and possibly Carrigan and Flegler for the Maroons and Staggs and Haas for the Blues. That's two of our back liners who are both in fantastic form, our VC in the 2nd row, our two best Props and Flegler who has entered a bit of a purple patch.

Thank god we do have some decent depth on hand cause we're likely gonna need it for the next two months.
Back to normal programming for us long term Brisbane fans then. It’s a good problem to have

It's a GREAT problem to have.

Not to mention, some blokes go off to origin and find out what they are truly capable of when they are amped up, absorbing some knowledge and wisdom from some old heads and having a coach probably tell them a few harsh truths that their normal coach has to be a bit gentle about.

The drawback is obviously it makes their agent tweak their next contract price and you lose them for 3-6 weeks a year.

What are your thoughts in us being named the Toorrbull-Jaggara Broncos or the Meanjin Broncos for this round?

Yeah I’d say Kev will opt to rest a reyno again.
I’d like to see him play. Tits will be up for this.

Reyno should 100% be rested even if he's fit, we need to manage him carefully, let him have the week off so he has a month off until his next game after the bye.

He's our most important player, we don't need him to grind every week, use him carefully with the goal of being fit at the business end.

Bad feeling about this game.

Tits inferiority complex means they treat this game like their grand final and just think we are due for a loss / off week. Worried about some casualness creeping into the squad after achieving 5 wins and knowing a bye is looming.

Really hope i am wrong though.

If he's a risk of being injured further definitely ice him up.

Titans will treat this like their GF - even still, we can beat them. They just need to have a hell of a game.
