I think it makes perfect sense as Staggs is actually more of a utility than Tommy.

I imagine Bennett is giving Opacic the week off due to his concussion and will probably be back next week.

Or perhaps Bennett just sees Staggs as the better option. We'll find out in Round 14 when the team is named.

I think Offa will lose the 13 jersey.
