Really glad we selected Su'A in his preferred position instead of on the bench, can't wait to see what he can do feeding off Ben Hunt.

Wow massive for an 18 year old! Hes got some great guys leading him on the park though. Wow, just wow!

What a bloody great side

Top class FB makes our regular spine not that far off its best, our regular centres and halves, Blair and Wallace. Love it. A perfect support base for the young talent to make progress to the next level.

With the players we have, can anyone seriously excuse a loss tot he Tigers? Gillett's defence on the right will be missed, but then Su'A has the chance to show what he's made of (without unfair comparisons).

So looking forward tot his match

This will certainly be interesting round. Tigers have won the majority of games they played without Farrah and lost most of the games with Farrah. I'm not sure if that's still trending but it certainly was earlier.

Hopefully Matt Gillett showed Hunt the way last week!

This is our forward pack post Parker and Thaiday, so I am pretty excited to see how everyone goes.

Me too.

A lot hinges on our halves over the SOO series. A moment or two of brilliance from them per game.....will be enough to keep our young pack's momentum going. If we can keep that behind us, I think we're capable of winning most of our games through the origin period.

I thought Su'a might start from the bench, he's more wide running and very versatile having played so much centre. He's very good defensively which is what has won him his spot. He pulled off a hit on Hess on Friday.

I would be surprised if the pack runs out as named. I think Arrow could start at lock

Yes it does, particular some ongoing combinations? ... and when thinking of moments of individual brilliance, let us never forget Roberts, and let us hope he gets a lot more ball, all across the park.

How about we kick for him? Now there's a novel idea....

A long kick on the 4th is really the only "kick to Roberts" tactic that Bennett would allow. A chip or short cross-field kick from anywhere except the opposition 30 is always a low-percentage play, regardless of the speed of your, um, speedster.

Quite looking forward to this game, have been waiting a while to see a couple of these boys run around. Shame Carlin Anderson didn't get a run. Anyone know what he has been doing? I haven't heard much of him since he left the nines early with an illness.

Playing off the bench for the Jets the last two weeks as an impact player and playing dummy half when he comes on.

Is he being tested for Kiko's role?

Su'A, remember that name.

I've had the opportunity to watch a lot of Broncos talent come through the ranks. Jharal Yow Yeh, Josh McGuire, Ben Hunt, Jordan Kahu, Corey Oates, Ash Taylor etc. and Jaydn is every bit as good as them. Players like Jaydn have a knack for rising to the occasion, it's in their psyche, they know they have the skill-set and they back themselves.

He's a special talent, great fend, great foot-work, great offload, can hit - once he grows into his body and drops some of his rah rah habits the sky is the limit. As good as he's been in 20s, he's exceeded my expectations. Before this year, I didn't think we would see Jaydn until 2017. But then I caught his performance in Bundaberg and he looked at home next to Milford, Hunt, Gillett and all the stars. I was confident from that point on he would play grade sometime this year. Bennett must have had similar opinions, which is why Timu and Greinke were let go with little resistance.

He's the type of talent that is going to attract a lot of attention from Sydney and Rugby for the rest of his career. Beating them off with a stick is going to be the Broncos biggest challenge.

Easy Option there. Tap Parker on the shoulder this year. Opens up a spot.
From what im told anyway Tevita Pangai Jr had been promised a bench role in 2017 by both us and raiders. So im guessing a change or 2 for next yr anyway.
Werent people saying Alex Glenn possibly as one going. Whats the latest on that?

1 in starting side next year and 1 on the bench. The other would get games through injury and Origin. Waiting for Thaiday in 2018 to finish.
