So he will go to level 1 explosiveness then?I think Turpin reduced to 30-40mins is different to the Turpin that plays 80mins. Should be more explosive then last time he was in the side.

Could say the same for everyone carrying an injury, which includes Te Maire, Kotoni, Oates, Jake, Payne, etc. We're walking wounded out there and Melbourne knows it.Under no circumstances would I be playing Reynolds this week, the reality is that this isn't a crunch match, the last thing he needs is a bruising encounter with the grubs from Victoria, with the rep round coming we should wrap him in cotton wool and give him the next 3 weeks off.
We don’t even have Roberts right? Isn’t he injured? If Ezra has the literal flu, I can't see him playing this week. Everyone I know who's had it (influenza A) has been knocked around physically for weeks. Second opinions @Kimlo @Nashy
I hope we're not down to Roberts.
Where Level 1 is the most explosive and level 10 is the least explosive? So he will go to level 1 explosiveness then?
There are also antiviral medications you are aware? Thanks for picking up on a medical technicality on a footy website, I'll lift my standards to Petey badels level for you next time.Apart from that being ridiculously optimistic, and antibiotics only targetting secondary infections (pneumonia, bronchitis, etc), he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the squad until he's no longer infectious. Hopefully "flu" is a euphemism for hangover.
If Ezra has the flu proper, he won't be playing this week. He would only be prescribed antivirals if he's at death's door; antibiotics if he's coughing up green. In either of those cases, he wouldn't be playing next week either. There are also antiviral medications you are aware? Again a totally ridiculous idea. Have a MM cup player play his first match against men in the NRL. Lucky kevy is smarter than that and will play jake turpin, an established hooker who can defend well.If Walters is at 9 i would have Mozer on bench. Sure its a huge game against one of the best teams but him playing 20-30 minutes is better than Turpin. He will add more spark and speed. Turpin is just too slow to have any impact. Good experience too as he is the future and Turps wont be there next year

Make sure you make lip contact with Munster and Hughes please.I am still hopefully that if I'm negative by Friday, I am going to the game. I will go to the Storm's changeroom tomorrow at the latest though.

Haha I will happily wager that he will play on Friday if you like?If Ezra has the flu proper, he won't be playing this week. He would only be prescribed antivirals if he's at death's door; antibiotics if he's coughing up green. In either of those cases, he wouldn't be playing next week either.
I picked up on it because you said he'll be right by "Friday definetly (sic)" and your reasoning didn't cut it.
Yeah, I loved Robati on the edge I think I would go with Capewell to centre atleast for this game and have Robati on the 2nd row, we would get alot of good ball movement with that I think.I think we're pretty right for centres. Hoeter, Mariner, Mead, Capewell. Niu is training.
identify as a llama and just run round spitting on all of themNo need, I just need to add a little saliva to some white substances, then let them do it to themselves.

That wouldn't be clever. All we have is a second hand rumour from a single journalist he's off with "the flu." For all we know he might be sleeping off a hangover. We also don't know whether he's passed his HIA from Saturday night. If he genuinely has "the flu" he won't be playing. I would like to hear that confirmed from the club.Haha I will happily wager that he will play on Friday if you like?
The flu isn't a cold.Also:
"When looking for answers to explain this perceived phenomenon, I discovered that research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine shows that the severity of common cold symptoms fell by 41 percent in those who were the fittest and by 31 percent among those who were the most active. The results led researchers to believe that bouts of exercise spark a temporary rise in immune system cells circulating around the body, and each bout of exercise is likely to enhance the body’s surveillance of harmful viruses and bacteria"..
There's also plenty of statistics on athletes recovering quicker and not getting flu and/or cold as much as the common population. Feel free to look them up. I think it's around 20% less actually. So yes, yes I am VERY confident he will deal with the flu better then us AND play on Friday even if he does have it
I will change the bet the. Of its CONFIRMED he has the flu as of yesterday, I will still bet he plays. Read aboveThat wouldn't be clever.
