Hodgo can play with impunity in Origin since he'll most likely serve a suspension while being rested anyway, all Bennett has to do is name him and a backup :laugh:

Dunno how Hodges isn't getting like a month for that, it was a closed fist, swinging arm, with intent, making contact with the head, and he wasn't falling in to the tackle.

thats the bloody annoying thing about him. he's been really good for us this year but it seems he needs a reason to play well (getting another contract) and when he doesnt have it, he just coasts.

I'd prefer Hodges get something that ends up at just over 100 points. One game off (he can rest) with minimal carry over points. Now he'll have like 50 or 60 points in the bank, so the next minor thing he does will put him on the sidelines.

I wonder who Bennett will rest on Sunday. I can see Hodges not playing and he may choose to rest McGuire aswell. I hope he starts out origin players off the bench to refresh them a bit

Thaiday better play, it's not like he did anything last night. Dunno about Parker, he didn't play the full 80 either and he got a break recently. Will probably play. I think Hodges might be the only one who misses out, he's barely being held together.
