Round 16 - Broncos vs Sharks - Post Match Discussion

Sharks had 21 offloads to our 1. We need Parker and Macca back to sort the ruck out.

We had no line speed but I suppose have to defend the entire half

It was probably one of the worst losses in the club history but the chicken little calls are premature.

Parker, Macca and Gillo back next round, Hodges will be fitter - big boosts right there and we missed them big time tonight.

What a time for Copley to play himself out of Origin contention tho...wow.
 
More to the point, the refs didn't get the dropsies under the high ball. Copley had lost it regardless of what Graham did. He dropped two. Barba dropped at least one. They contributed to the loss more than the refs.
 
so fed up with the griffin and Hoffman show. its utter crap. joke of a club with these 2 involved

You got a point there mate. We had game in the bag. We were dangerous as then all if a sudden we can't close out a game. Hunt's the only one trying tonight

4th tackle play with a minute to go and 2 points in it Broncos are moving the ball wide and looking good when the ball gets to HOGGMAN who dummies, steps and dies with the ball when he had players in motion outside him (again.. what a surprise - never saw that coming). Last play Man of the Match Ben Hunt makes a great chip and regather play then passes through traffic to..................HOGGMAN who passes to the touch judge...

Now that that is out of the way it took a lot more than the last minute of shit to screw that up. they completely went to sleep after Hala scored early in the second half and along with some ref sympathy managed to lose once again when they were in front with 10 to go.

Goes to show the difference a quality #6 makes to a teams ability to actually score points. Once again highlighting that we would be a different class of football team if Hunt had a decent #6 to work with.
 
They should write a book on how to lose a game of football. They won't make the 8 have a tough run home this is the 4th game we have beaten ourselves.
 
Copley will not be considered for origin on that performance. It will be chambers.
Broncos were lazy as usual. Whenever at team is on a slump for something, no tries, no points, no offloads, etc.....guaranteed that when u play the broncos, they will help you get out of that slump. Griffin needs to remove hoggman from all playmaking duties.
The refs were shit yes, but we had every opportunity to win it comfortably. Oh, and tell Glenn to learn how to offload.
I'm so fucked off right now. I want to slap a lot of the broncos including griffin in the face.
 
If it takes us missing the 8 to see the back of Griffin and Hoffman so be it
 
That last call was just fucking bullshit Copley was clearly contested with in the air and you can't contest players in the air that has been a rule for many years.

Another bullshit and brainless idiotic and amateur referee played a huge role in the result.

It's not June 30 yet. They need to shop Hoffman around to whatever club will take him and **** him off.

If griffin names him at 6 next game he can choke on a dick.

The Sharks don't score their first try without the refs help ... that changed the momentum of the game...

well that and the refs handing the sharks 5 sets in a row through several utter disgraceful calls.
