No idea why Baker was ahead of Marty all this time given what we saw.

Soo many fucking errors in the first half caught up to us eventually, your not going to win a game when your without the ball for 13 sets in a row.

I thought we did well to make it a game in the second though.

Expect a big uptick in performance next week with rested stars back, that will give us an idea of where we really are.

What on earth are you expecting here? We had about half of our cap out tonight lol. And an BR injured in the first 4 minutes. Craig Bellamy couldn't do anything with that tonight.
It was mostly tongue in cheek.

We get the Wahs in NZ during origin religiously, but let's not ignore the previous games either. It's not been smooth sailing before today.

Shining light for the night l was tapau and Jensen. Both great I thought.

Ezra mam does some of the best and dumbest shit I've ever seen. Imagine running the ball on the last right after points with our forwards steamrolling through the middle. Seriously if he kicks and completes the set we probably win the game.

we should put a focus on bringing over kiwi jrs in the future. Not only are they great players, but they don’t miss 3-6 games in the middle of the season.

We’re going to likely have missed Walsh for five games by the time origin is over. With the way our season is going with injuries that’s pretty much the difference between us being a competitive side at the end of the season and out of the eight.
Makes the timing of Riki's suspension even more infuriating.

I don't think it's a coincidence we have collapsed since Walsh took a shoulder to the head in game 1, just remember he is yet to play for us again since.

Who decided Staggs was the man over Herbie? Can't make meters out of our own end to save himself, just gets held up and pushed back. Cobbo and Arthars are the only backs who don't get pushed back consistently which I don't think is good enough for the modern game. Even with everyone fit, we'd probably be a 5th-8th team.

Our roster just doesn't seem well balanced and the guys who were meant to start coming into their own are not. I wonder what Ben Ikin's recruitment and retention strategy would have looked like compared to what we've ended up with.

Think we’re a victim of believing our own hype after that magic run last year.

The amount of errors is unbelievable. Lack of care / focus and frantic play when we get rattled and on the back foot.

Absolute refusal to do what we did last year - work hard and play simple tough footy to create opportunities … just run hard up the middle, find your front quickly, quick play the ball and follow up with another runner hitting the same gap.

It’s night and day from last season and honestly every team we play just looks like they want it more than us at the moment.

There isn’t a team I’m confident we could beat right now. It’s disgraceful given the talent we have. Kevvie needs to fix this… quickly.
Only team they’ll (just barely) beat this season is the bye.

Didn’t he leave to go play under old Wayne (who then proceeded to immediately jump ship to south’s)?
