I think the Broncos have every chance of getting the job done. There's no doubt the Sharks are less potent without Carney and Gallen. Their defence will be strong, and they will work hard, so it will be crucial that our "spine" gets the job done and makes the most of attacking opportunities.

They key, like any game, is controlling field position.

I think Broncs should have this one ok, but was it Carney and Gallen missing the game Cronulla beat Melbourne this year? Or was it just Gallen? Can't remember, have a feeling it was just Gallen. None the less, Cronulla are going to put up a tough fight I imagine by going on what they are capable of (i.e how they played vs Storm earlier in the year).

It was just Gallen.

In their previous 2 pre-Origin games they got beaten 26-6 by a near full strength Bulldogs and beat a weak GC 22-12.
