It’s all the same from everyone here. We love Oatsey etc etc…
Honestly, it feels like the trainer leaving his fighter in the ring to keep taking punishment.
He’s fucked. On wobbly legs. Cut beyond repair and can’t see to defend himself. Don’t punish him, throw the towel in and let him ride off into the sunset. Don’t leave him out there to further embarrass him and have the fans resent him.

I don't care if we're playing Penrith or Wests Tigers, when you consistently make 20-30 metres on sets coming out of your own half, then concede 40+ in return, you're not going to win games. These guys just aren't fit or tough enough to grind out these games. Too many unnecessary errors (Cobbo going into touch) and weak defensive efforts. Our attack has been too reliant on individual brilliance, and has masked glaring issues under Kevvie's reign as coach. If we fail to make the 8, I don't think he'll be back, regardless of his contract situation
Last year we looked like one of the fittest sides in the comp, it's hard to understand how far we've dropped off this year.

I’m always an optimist. This season is clearly gone unless we do an ‘08 Parramatta, but we saw glimpses of what our future will be in 2 or 3 years time. Just think what Walsh and Mam will be like in 2-3 years time? Walsh stood up big time tonight and Mam finally found his mojo. Imagine that 40 games from now? Not to mention Patty and Haas will be said the 150 games mark.

Last year was one of those dream seasons, barely any injuries, no major suspensions and we gained so much momentum from it. This year we haven’t been able to out a team together consistently enough and it has showed.

Its really nothing like that. People are salty because he's not as quick as he used to be. Thats about all that was wrong with his performance tonight. We are down to our bare bones really at the moment. Throwing unproven, not ready kids into the team is going to harm their development. Might as well pick a bloke who is a pretty steady performer and can handle the criticism over some of these young blokes until we get some troops back.

Whatever Kevvie did at training worked ... We were a different team tonight, and would have beaten most other teams in the comp.

A stellar MOTM performance from Atkins and a bit of luck got them home.

Obviously still a bit off the pace, and have some work to do, but good signs.

Commentators slobbing over Edwards. Dude is so on the juice. Imagine someone being able to make hard carries and outmuscle props, be in so many attacking plays, be in position every time, and run tirelessly for 80 min. Test that **** for everything

Madden out & in comes Rogers until Adam’s ready. Madden had enough chances and its about time to bring in Rogers.

As we’re looking for a level headed half with decent kicking, Rogers would do a better job than Madden i reckon. Post Adam, we need someone to steer the ship in 2026 and by end of ‘26, Coby would be getting ready to own it.

I’m sure changing nothing will magically lead to success
You must be drinking the same koolaid as kevvy
Welcoming back troops, not losing a halfback in a game and playing with enthusiasm like we did tonight will lead to success. What won’t is playing our most dangerous weapon at 5/8 rather than one wider, making our five eight who is down on form play a role he isn’t suited for at this stage of his career and weakening our left edge by moving our strike centre to fullback.

Feel sorry for Oates. He was putting in all night on those carries just lost a few m of pace and acceleration.
Needs a tap on the shoulder. We were ruthless when we moved on Parker as soon as he declined.

Didn't Kevvie shorten their preseason? I'm not sure what the reason was, but yeah they were so much fitter last season.
