Round 21 Discussion

Only about 2m forwad... Sauce pretty well offside on the pass just to add to how crap that call is by the touchie

Where's @Parrax ... wanna get an idea how he's feeling when it looks like an NSWRL fix is in

You can tell Bennett has switched into his finals footy mentality. It's all grind and frustration and wait for your moment stuff from Souffs now.

Blake reminds me of some of those up and coming centres in the lower grades, that never look for the pass in 2 on 1's.

Must be frustrating for his outside men.

Locky just said what i was about to say. Matterson is so static in defence hes putting a lot of pressure on the blokes around him.

Seriously we can dump both Glenn and Isaako straight into the Centrelink queue the moment we walk off the field for the last time this season. Just give Reynolds the captaincy and goalkicking duties.

That edge is getting torn to shreds.

Mansour looks like he'll get 4 tries and 8 linebreaks tonight

Probably would have been better off kicking for touch then going for the 40 metre field goal

It's mostly been working for them... mobile physical forwards

I think a lot of their issues have come from shoehorning Blake back into the side as much as anything. Niakore looked really good in the centers.

Why the hell do teams and players let Mitchell bully them off the ball / after plays?

There's been multiple times players have just let him shit on them without them or their team backing them up.

He's really not as tough as he thinks it is, can't wait for the day someone puts one on his chin to bring him down a little.

Blake is just a flat out hog... I'm not sure why he's on the left and Opa on the right.

I think if you're going to have Blake in the team at least put him on the side where his fend helps him... because he's going to go looking for contact and is never going to look at the winger... which doesn't help when Sivo is one of their big attacking threats.

Having Blake on the right would give them attacking players on their left and right.

Opa was also very good on the left, and nowadays left center is probably a position you can get away with not having a specialist. It seems most physically talented centers nowadays are on the right with a right arm carry and left arm fend, so your left center needs to be a good 1v1 defender and able to finish off a sweep play.

I think parra's biggest issue this year is the lack of spark they're getting out of Brown. I don't know why Arthur flipped the halves when it worked well last year, but Brown doesn't really seem to do anything for parra this year.

Because if they retaliate Cody will come in and start shit to halt the play and force the ref to call time off.. and then souths just all of a sudden get a penalty even though they started it.

Probably because Tommy just gets on with things, doesnt complain and is a team player. Blake from what i heard just constantly complained about playing next to Fergo.

Reynolds just became Souffs all time highest points scorer.

His maturity and footy brain is going to be a revelation for this side.

Surprised it wasn't the other way around... Fergo got like 1 try last year (or his first try of the year was round 20 or something), because Blake just flat out refused to pass him the ball.
