George Fai made 13 runs for 189 metres last week for Souths Logan... Absolute beast! I think he, Pangai Jr and Ese'ese should all be in the team next year and are all already ahead of Ofahengaue.

fai has been enormous all year, he isnt the tallest player around but he has a ridiculous robust carry about him and has excelled in the games i have seen this year. he isnt a plodder or an up and down type player and could be very dangerous next year off the bench with a big off season.

Would really appreciate your opinion on Waddell. Does he have any role to play for the rest of this year?. I thought his last games were very strong for the Broncos.

He definitely improved but what is his role in a team with McCullough in it?

I agree McCullough isn't the be all and end all of hookers and if we had better, I'd be happy. But Waddell isn't better and neither is KNikorima.

KNikorima has the ability to add impact off the bench and while questionable at positions other than half / hooker, I guess that point of difference to McCullough (attacking impact) justifies carrying him on the bench, 'when' our pack is effective.

At present with an ineffective pack, an injured KNikorima and a fit but business as usual McCullough, I can't see a role for Waddell. If injuries or suspension hit, perhaps, but he is purely depth for us as he always was. It is reassuring to know we can bring someone reasonable in if needed and he stays in his recent form, but I don't think he brings anything to us we don't already have.

does anyone even care?

I would have thought so; a young Bronco coming back from a smashed jaw and playing the full 80.

Maybe he should do more fully sick shoulder charges maiming people and then you'd care?

Edit: Inappropriate.

i would suggest you tread warily with your comments and implied vilification.

Do the Broncos see Carlin as an option in the future? I was wondering if we're still interested in him given that he's not been picked for first grade despite a mountain of injuries this year plus Maranta stinking worse than the south end of a north bound Braith Anasta.

I just saw the Frizell incident. Would be pretty fucked up if he has to miss a game because of that.

Thaiday missed a game for a great tackle. At this point, I'm very willing to say **** the rest of the comp, it's about us now. Suspend the ****.

You said it was great and defended it- not me.

I am happy with my stance.

He got sick at the nines and then started behind guys, then smashed his jaw and came back today.

Having said that he doesn't have long now to win another contract given it is August.

By itself, it's not enough to suspend him.

But he has loading. That's what fucked him.

Yet somehow Reynolds will not miss a game for another trip. How does loading not seem to affect him

While Carlin Andrerson has skill, rumours are that he has an ego, that hasn't impressed Wayne Bennett but I like the kid.

The NRL's ridiculous points system.

Contact with the ref has a base penalty of 125 points.

Tripping has a base penalty of 75.

It's mind-boggling.

Because Grade 1 charges only carry over for twelve months.

Reynolds last incident was the 2015 City vs Country clash.
