That's accurate and I think a bit of perspective is required. 12 months ago, where were we?

We're still in the box seat to make the 8, I don't think it matters if finish 8th or 9th but in terms of improvement, it's been a big improvement this season. Obviously tonight was a few steps back but Melbourne were white hot.

Our forwards have been bashed since the parra win. We have no go forward when our forwards give us nothing to play off . Ryan James gives us nothing,Kennedy and Riki. Corey Jenson should start and Flegler off the bench . That worked for us amazingly and then our coach goes and change it all . I don’t get it . We look flat and no one wants to put there hand up to loft the boys .

We struggled against some of the worst sides in the competition the last few weeks. The writing was on the wall that we would get murdered by the storm. I held onto the hope that we were saving our A game for the storm but I was so wrong.
