Sad gutless performance.

They are better than this but I think the year has gotten away from them. We are still lacking in the areas that count and the error rate has skyrocketed. The defensive resolve has also just vanished. I think a top 8 finish was beyond a lot of peoples expectations so if we make it they still had a successful year. Possibly we overacheved and don't have the resolve yet for this time of year. I just wish they would give it a hot crack but tonight was a full surrender and it's depressing.

We struggled against some of the worst sides in the competition the last few weeks. The writing was on the wall that we would get murdered by the storm. I held onto the hope that we were saving our A game for the storm but I was so wrong.

That was our A game.

It's like you are playing 1 on 1 against a **** of a kid, and whatever they do they just keep making up the rules as they go along. And the ref is just one of the kids that the shithead bullies so he's too scared to stand up to him.

Haas at the moment is playing like someone on $250 000 a year and what a contrast Harry Grant is to the plodders we have at 9.

I can't get my head around our passive line speed. The Storm constantly have good line speed and regularly leave early but do it so often that they rarely get pinged for it. Contrast this to our passive line speed where we let the attacker get to us at full speed then instead of hitting with the shoulder we grab and let them walk another 5-10 metres. The Storm were going 100 m from some kick offs after scoring.

Also it's time to stop this 2 passes from a tap where we make 1-2 metres before being hammered. Have a forward hit the advantage line at full speed from the tap and it's an easy 8-10 metres.
