Chris Garry has said Milford looks ok after heading into the sheds so I don't think it's anything serious.

I missed the game but predicted we'd belt Parra after calling a win against the Saints earlier. Sitting here in my hotel in San Francisco wishing I could find a replay ! This game coming is the defining game of the year for us. We must win or go very close in a low scoring affair, anything else and I will call the season's chances are nil

I'm 90% sure that the full game is on YouTube!

They walked over us two months ago which began the run of floggings.

Time to repay the favour.

How bad was Graham's careless high-tackle, any chance he gets suspended for this match?

INB4: "He's a Bulldogs player so he will get off!"

Anthony Milford has sent an injury scare through Brisbane just three days out from their crunch NRL clash with Canterbury after leaving training early on Monday.

The 22-year-old pulled the pin on the session at Red Hill after approximately 30 minutes and headed back into the sheds with a trainer, although it wasn’t clear what his specific injury concern was.

“I noticed he’d left, I’m not sure what the go is,” captain Corey Parker said.

“They might just be putting him on ice.” The Broncos say they are monitoring Milford’s workload, with the star playmaker having played every game for the club both this season and last.

He had arguably his best game in weeks in last week’s victory over Parramatta, scoring one try and setting up two others in a welcome return to form.

But it would be a disaster if Brisbane were to lose him for Thursday night’s meeting with the third-placed Bulldogs at Suncorp Stadium.

“It’s great to see Milf playing with confidence, but it’s just good to see 17 guys enjoying their footy, like we saw Friday night,” Parker said.

“We’ve been working really hard here and it was nice to get a reward in the game.” Meanwhile, Kodi Nikorima (shoulder) upped his involvement at training, putting him in the frame for a possible return, while Jarrad Wallace (groin) was on light duties but is still expected to play.

Bench utility Nikorima hasn’t played since Brisbane’s 48-6 belting at the hands of the Melbourne Storm six weeks ago.

“He’s a vital part of our team. We’d love to have him back, that creative running game he’s got is something we’ve been missing,” hooker Andrew McCullough said.

“But if he’s not ready, he’s not ready.

“He knows his body well enough to say when he’s right to go.”

Elsewhere Broncos skipper Corey Parker has questioned the consistency of the NRL match review committee after Ryan James will escape with a one-week ban for his hit on James Tedesco.

James will miss just one match for the high shot that broke Tedesco’s jaw on Saturday, the same suspension Parker received for a dangerous contact charge in State of Origin III last month. James would also still escape with a one-week ban if he challenges the charge at the judiciary and loses, leaving Parker unimpressed with the decision.

“You just want to see consistency,” the Broncos captain told Sky Sports Radio’s Big Sports Breakfast.

“I got Tedesco myself in the Origin match. I hadn’t been charged in 15 years and got one week.

“Now he’s got a broken jaw and he (James) got one week.”

Both Parker and James were charged with grade-two offences for their relevant tackles.

Tedesco was falling when he was struck by James in the second half of the Titans’ one-point win over Wests Tigers on Saturday.

Parker also argued he believed the nature of the injury should be taken into account when considering suspensions, given Tedesco has now been ruled out for the season.

“Decisions are made, based on what I was led to believe, the severity of the tackle,” Parker said.

“And he’s broken his jaw, regardless of how it has happened. “He’s hit him with a closed fist, swinging arm that has since broken his jaw.”

He got charged.

And despite having loading from 2 prior non-similar offences, he gets away with it.

For the next opposed session I recommend bringing in anyone they know that weighs over 130kg and challenging them to get offloads away.

Kasiano needs to be kept quiet, job is to stop him getting anywhere near a centre/winger one on one in the 20m zone.

Broncos forward Sam Thaiday hoping for different result against Bulldogs in front of home fans

SAM Thaiday did not take to the field eight weeks ago when the Bulldogs embarrassed the Broncos, but he still felt the sting of that loss.

The veteran forward missed the disappointing Round 16 clash due to suspension for a dangerous tackle on Blues skipper Paul Gallen in Origin I.

He watched on in horror as his side sunk to a 40-14 loss.

It was the first game to really show the Broncos had hit a mid-season slump — and was followed a week later by Brisbane’s worst game of the season, a 48-6 thrashing at the hands of Melbourne.

As the Broncos prepare for those same teams again over the crucial next two weeks, Thaiday is confident much has changed.

“I’m not a good fan,” he said.

“I really felt for the boys (against the Bulldogs) and was disappointed I couldn’t be there to help them out.

“We were pretty poor in a couple of areas but we have worked on those things since then. We are improving.

“We have a great chance and opportunity to play them again in front of our members and fans. Hopefully we can do a much better job than we did last time.”

The Broncos will host the Bulldogs on Thursday feeling confident after back-to-back wins over the Dragons and Eels.

Thaiday said the focus this week was a lift in the forward pack, which is where the Bulldogs won out last time.

“It will be a classic clash,” Thaiday said.

“You can always expect some bash and barge plus a little bit of unpredictability from their halves. If we can win that forward battle, we will go a long way to winning the game.

“Their forwards are big, strong and relentless. If you let them get on top, they will roll through you which is what they did last time.”

3 revenge matches in a row, we owe the Bulldogs, the Storm and the Roosters a massive hiding.

Possibly a fourth if we play against the Panthers in the first week of the finals.

A good kick chase like we did against the Eels is going to be the most important thing in this game. Macca, Hunt and Milford need to share this load, turn the big Dogs forwards around, trap them in the corners and inside their own 30 as much as possible.

I'm confident we have the speed and skill in the Backs to beat the Dogs, but we really need our forwards to step up and take control. Expecting a big game from Blair and TPJ. I'd love to see TPJ come on and really stamp some authority and throw some muscle around, Taumololololol style.

This is the absolute key on how to beat them.

Make Kasiano run and run and he will last 5 mins, and hit Klemmer as Gillett and co. did in Origin

Jesus H Christ. I hope Wayne shows our boys the Canberra Melbourne game .Talk about defense winning a game

What a game. Canberra players were brutal. Raider player were physical. They were hitting hard. I don't understand Broncos recruitment. From last 5 season Broncos struggle for big and beast front row. What the hell wrong with Broncos recruitment?
