You just know Ben Hunt will put in 2015/origin performance for this one.
So many discarded Broncos including a sacked coach who all want nothing more then us to miss out on the 8.
We need to win & win big.
Just get someone to knock out Hunt early. With him gone, we should be good.

I don't get the constant stream of backs these days always wanting to be fullback or play in the halves. Is it just they want fullback/halves money or is there more to it? Great wingers score lots of tries and win games for their team and great centres dictate in defence and attack. I know Hodges played fullback a little but I never heard him saying he would find another team if he wasn't given a shot at fb - and he was a career centre who was one of our greatest.

I thought he left the Broncos because Uncle Wayne wouldn`t guarantee him the #1 jumper .
Then when Wayne found out he signed with the Rossters late in the season . Barred him from 1st grade and made him play for the Toowoomba Clydesdales the Broncos feeder club of the day .

Then he went to Easts and didn`t play #1 after all . The busted knee on a newly laid turf at Lang Park pretty much shut down his FB ambitions after that .

Aaron woods touched on this on triple M saying there up to it to end the Broncos season.

PSA ; Point difference of -43 ATM .
Yeah exactly. Raiders will need to at least +1 point to beat the tigers right?

Which means if both broncos and Raiders win we need a minimum of 44 points to over take them in differential.

Well for those playing at home who have a mathematical bent it might be interesting to see that -43 fluctuate ?

Adds to the drama .

Will be their last game of the season…nothing to see there…of more interest is what and by who happens in offseason..so many fixes have not worked..and now even the band and deck chairs are deserting the ship.
Anyway have the Cowboys to focus on …

I had a wet dream, we beat the Dragons comfortably 54-4, Gamble had a stormer! Having that bit of fire back in the team, then tigers just got over the Raiders in a close one to keep our finals hopes alive. We then miraculously went on a run to face the Panthers in the big show the grand final!, everyone wrote us off even most of us did, well it ended up going down to the wire it was locked up at 16-16 at the 64th minute. It come to the 70th minute Koroisau made a break down the left side getting it onto a raging Kikau who crashed over the line, it was then 20-16, Cleary missed the kick!.
Short kick off we regained possession, come to the 4th play that set, Gamble sets Herbie up YES Herbie came back for the finals, with a cross kick landing right in his gasp to score , all locked up at 74th minute, Reynold kicks it to make it 22-20. Panthers try to go short we regain possession though, taking it slow we get to near the sticks, Gamble yes GAMBLE gets it slotting then field goal and being best on ground that night to get the CLIVE CHURCHILL MEDAL!!..

THEN I WOKE UP. Lol
Total shit. What happens is Gamble puts RK one on one with Luai, he lunges forward, giant arm outstretched reaching Luai's face, his squid like fingers wrapping around his targets mush. Daylight disappears and Luai tackles fresh air.

Now free RK's freakish speed pulls him clear, Staggs trying desperately to support him but sadly lagging but then fortune smiles upon Staggs, unable to keep pace the distance grows but no one foresaw the deflection that awaited them.

Finally, a mere 22 metres out RK knew he couldn't make it, headed for the sideline, three defenders having him well covered he does the unthinkable. He takes an almighty step, simultaneously throwing his upper body backwards, as he rotates through the ether he drops the ball onto his left foot as he sails over the sideline. A mere quarter second before the back of his head hits the ground, boot meets ball, hooking it back into the field.

The move seemed certain to fail but then the magic happened. Cleary in chase couldn't miss the ball, it was headed straight for him but it hit his chin, a mere 2 metres from him which resulted in the lucky ricochet sending the ball onto the tardy Staggs who shovels it onto Gamble, scoring between the posts.

That's what happening, you can take that to the bank!

He had dodgy hammies of course as well but man, he would have made an absolute gun fullback if his legs weren't made of glass. The short stint he did to take us to champions in '06 was a thing of legend.

Looks like maybe it's a F/A percentage:

Can't find anything official from the NRL in a quick search.

then some quick maths based on the percentage theory (bit hard without the final scores, but for this purpose, i'll make the final rounds a 44-0 win to us and a 1-0 win for the Raiders, should keep percentages about right)

Broncos 103.41%
Raiders 103.99%

so if the Raiders win by 1, we need to win by 45 to get in
