Look we fell down in the end but don't forget that was one of the games of the season. That was well done by our boys. They can all hold their heads high. What a game, though it was fitting the season finished with an error.

Absolutely right mate. Tonight was the perfect replica of our season, we can mix it with the best some of the time. We tried hard, we never gave up, but ultimately we're missing direction and some true leadership.

Terrible 5th tackle options pretty much sealed it. Smith coming back on didn't help either.

It is really sad we lost, but I am really proud of the team. We lost Jack Reed after the first half and then Gillett played with one arm for half the match.

Sad we lost, but we showed great spirit and shows we have a great culture within the team.

It was a good effort in all but beaten by a better team in the end. A few what if's given Hodges **** ups in the opening 25mins or so and shit 5th play options, but frankly we had all the opportunities in the world and just didn't have what it takes.

One thing that I believe more strongly though is that Ben Barba just isn't at a high enough level of playmaking quality for a half. Milford at fullback and Taylor at half looking more and more like the only option for me next year.

As I said before I think Hodges overplayed and was involved in every tackle. It affected Hunt and Barbas game unfortunately. They should have run the game instead of bow to him

good first half but 2nd half was pretty poor which lead to Hodges over playing his hand and Ben hunt going into his shell. we always seem to get disallowed tries against Melbourne and that ***** our mentality totally.
