Glad we won, but still very unimpressed. Cowboys were poor and we weren’t much better.

We warmed into it and looked better in (most of) the last 10 mins, but any good team would have beat us comfortably by that stage the way we played tonight.

Walsh was diabolical and Madge needs to take action to fix it.

Still alot of work to do. At least defence was better.

Side note… Didn’t affect the result, but my god the refereeing was awful. Makes it so hard to watch.

I’m not convinced this side goes much further than we did last year. Certainly not sitting alongside Melbourne and Penrith as many experts have us finishing the season. On current form, we are a 6-12th placed team. Rounds 2 & 3 have been far from convincing.

Reece has so much work to do, he can forget about origin this year, he isn’t anywhere near that jersey.

Hopefully Madge has a few tricks up his sleeve and he just wants us to get through origin and make a real push towards the back end of the season, but I’m certainly not feeling that we are top 4 material at this stage.

Hopefully I’m wrong.

Reece is in a rut, but at least he was having some runs. Hopefully the form turns soon.

Yea, we're not looking too much better than last year. But it's early days, so as long as we keep banking wins while we hopefully improve it should be good come end of the year.

Penrith and Melbourne aren't playing as good as they were last year.

Nearly every error is the exact same… Walsh playing second receiver in a sweep play off a slow play the ball, defence rushing right up and getting in his face and Walsh (in the microsecond he has) frantically trying to shift the ball laterally and either forcing a bad pass, not catching it cleanly or knocking it on as he tries to pass in contact.

He needs to be in space and looking to run, stop putting him (or letting him put himself) in the same circumstance over and over again and being surprised when we get the same results.

Somebody stop Haas! He's going to run out of the stadium!!

We’re the Broncos
The mighty Broncos
We keep fighting every second till the end

We’re the Broncos
The greatest team on earth
We’re the heart of all Queensland

Never stop
We never rest
On and on we beat the best
Never giving up we bleed maroon and gold

For the league
We risk it all
Miles above
We’re standing tall
We’re the finest and the greatest club of all

We’re the Broncos
The mighty Broncos
We keep fighting every second till the end

We breathe in our soul
The best game of all
We are the Broncos of Queensland

Hey!!

Well

The Broncos are our name
Through the north we won our fame
Being handy with the ball
And we drove the Blues insane
And we put on a move
And we scored a certain try
So sing out our alibi

You didn’t know we had to beat ya
And we’re so sorry my friends
You didn’t know we had to beat ya

We will never do it again

Bullshit

We have an awful capability to just be dead set dumb.

Walsh kicking it dead for his fifth of 6? Errors. Hospital passes.

Time to stick him on the wing for a week. Time for some humility

Some great moments, some utter shyte moments too. Do I need to mention how much better we looked with cobbo at fullback just doing defensive work?
You just know Madge is having flashbacks of 2014 Greg Inglis.

I get the feeling we’re still not willing to grind at all, we’re still too reliant and brilliance
