Should be a really good game. Two of the league's cellar dwellars each chasing a rare win in a already meaningless contest despite it only being Round 3. I'm tipping the Broncos to put a halt to their 13 game slide against the same team that they ended their previous 6 game streak. If they can't win this one then **** it, they may never win again.
 
Like everyone I'm Hoping for better, Our Forward pack even with the missing troops shits all over the dogs Pack. If we can dominate the middle and get them on the back foot we might just be able to outscore them as their attack looks worse then ours. Back lines are fairly even in terms of Talent although I'd Say our wingers are in better form however their Centres are definitely better. I'm Thinking it will be a close game but I hope we flog them.

Hopefully they change that up though, because as you mentioned Cotric is on that side along with Meaney who are both relatively safe. Also kicking to that side allows Cotric to be involved in the get out set, which we dont want. Make him come to the other side of the field for a run.

The other wing will contain DWZ's replacement. DWZ would've been handy to have playing in this game, because he's extremely suspect under the bomb. Unfortunately he'll be out suspended and the back up in Crichton is injured for the year I believe, so that wing will have their 4th winger. Not sure who that will be, but it's the dogs so cant be that great a player.

In saying that when we are inside the 20m we should be looking to kick to Cotric's side as Meaney will be up against Coates... huge aerial advantage right there that we must look to exploit

Yes kick to coats but not clearing kicks, keep it the hell away from cotrics side.

How is that only 2-3 weeks?

Do you need to actually decapitate your opposition before you’re sent-off and suspended for more than 5mins?

Melbourne adopting the old RL adage; they can’t run without legs heads.

From the papers:

Corey Paix, Tom Dearden, Corey Oates, Dale Copley, Jesse Arthars, Albert Kelly and Richie Kennar all played Queensland Cup on the weekend, and are considered to be in the mix. Matt Lodge is considered an outside chance of returning from a hamstring injury, but even "outside" is probably an exaggeration.

Do NOT return Lodge yet, give him a week MORE if needed, maybe three. The guy is always a step away form an injury, so not bring him back under done.

Milf won't get dropped yet. Neither will Croft. He was close to man of the match in round one, and Croft was better than Milf in round two. When he does drop him, and chances are he will, I can't see him ever coming back. Dearden coming back is a certainty, but for whom, we're yet to see.

Which is why I think changes will occur after storm slaughter us (it's going to happen... the comp is now lopsided).

Even then he would be coming in vs rabbits in Sydney or he waits another week and it's Panthers at home.

I think reintroducing vs rabbits or panthers will be best, but that is provided we can beat the dogs.

If we lose to the dogs and Milf is woeful then Kevvie's hand may be forced

Well said indeed. I suspect these guys will be given to the Panthers and then you can potentially make changes after the slaughtering is done for a couple of weeks.
