Probably not a bad thing in some ways. He's provided absolutely nothing in the go forward department when used off the bench. Starting might make his place in the team justified. Oh, all that extra talking is surely a boost!!!

Thought he gave Souths better width than the week before that gave more space to Mam and Wilson.

Defence was great, he's very good at doing that Smith like hold thing. Doubt he would have missed any tackles.

Nice little kick for a try.

Attacking was limited, he only ran twice for no impact- with young halves I would have liked him to take some control from there. Hazard came on and ran seven times. Easts have a big team so I would have thought chances would present itself.

And this is they guy people want Turpin dropped for, because of his running game. Don't tell me having to do lots of work defensively is limiting that attacking output? That's umpossible.

I said this when we signed him and everyone disagreed because he has experience. Experience doesn't cover for the fact he has Stephen Hawking like leg drive.

We don't agree that often but we do today

I probably wouldn't be quite as harsh but he definitely has added nothing we weren't getting from Kennedy but James's defence was/is marginally better. However, Kennedy's metres were way better. Anyway, if we are using James it's his chance to prove his doubters wrong and KW's faith in him justified.

He better hit that line hard though because playing alongside Haas will make poor go forward stand out even more. I have grave fears for this match and as a consolation prize have loaded up on the Warriors.

Considering Riki's both been ruled out and named, I'm not surprised.
