I'm not a racist, can we please put this in the past and forget about it. Is John Sutton indigenous? didn't know that.

Quiet you. My prediction is pretty tame and every fan wants their team to make the finals and hopefully perform when there. At round 3, there is a long way to go to even have a chance. The first 3 rounds shows some positive signs and plenty of negative signs but we are no where near as good as the "experts" are saying. If we put that effort in every week then it is a different story.

Anyways this match is going to be a real test and I hope we can build off the first 3 rounds.
Seriously, it's refreshing to see a souths fan actually being realistic about his team's chances, while still being passionate and hoping for the best. I'm just not used to it...

I can't help it.

I love GI, DTaylor, Sammy Burgess, Merritt and Crocker. And when I see players I like playing for sub-par teams I just wish for their club to do well. Hindmarsh, Gallen etc..

But not to do better then us :finger:

While the Rabbitoh's certainly improved last week, let's not overlook the fact that the Panthers were WOEFUL! Their defence was non-existent. If we turn up ready to defend we should be a very good chance to win.

I'm much more confident in our edge defence than our middle defence, which has been exposed quite frequently this year. So I'm kinda worried about Isaac Luke. I mean, I think he's highly overrated overall, his service is really slow, but he IS an amazing runner from dummy half, so we have to be ready.

Loving that the Foxsports musketeers are all plumbing for the Rabbitohs ...

"Souths beat the Broncos over in Perth last year and they know one game doesn't make a season. So I think they'd like to back up what they did last week" - Laurie Daley

Da derp de derp da teetley dumb !

i'm feeling confident about this week. i think we can shut them down pretty well. biggest worry for me is isaac luke.

I am hoping we look to kick the ball in touch as much as possible on the last tackle against the Rabbits. Need to take GI out of the game as much as possible.

i agree thats what we should do for our non-attacking kicking, we also need a good kick, chase as well. against a guy like GI we can't go up in a broken line or he will exploit it and hurt us

I like our high kicking tactic at the moment. Needs fine tuning but the more the ball is in the air the more time for us to chase. Worked really well in giving the Newcastle back 3 no room, wouldn't be surprised to see us adopt a similar tactic.

That is also a good tactic but we have to get it right.

True, I like the high kick as well. Our forwards have the potential to get us into good position, and the high kick can get them trapped in their own 20, provided the chase is good.

If Norman and Wallace can get those high kick place right, it is a good way to get us a repeat set if not a try
