What struck me the most was the 2nd man plays, passing game and support. That was no fluke, but yes, it might be a one-off if the players switch off - and that is where Thaiday's leadership by example needs to come to the fore - in EVERY game: lead by example

Agreed. Hunt outplayed Macca against the Storm, and suddenly everyone forgets how much worse we looked with him at hooker in all the previous games.

That isn't to say Macca is above criticism. He's put in two ordinary performances in a row so far and if it continues then we need to consider giving Granville or Baptiste a shot.

One of them should be on the bench. Hunt should be in the halves.

I don't want Hunt at hooker at all. I want him in the 7. Macca needs to play 80 minutes and start getting consistent. If he isn't going to play 80 get a genuine hooker in Baptiste on the bench to bring us an attacking runnning game out of dummy half.

He cops a week because of 20% loading from the grade two dangerous throw from 2011 against Manly. Absolutely ridiculous that a suspension for a different charge from 2 seasons ago can still be used against him.

It needs a serious overhaul, a suspension from one season shouldn't have any bearing on another, let alone for a completely different charge. It's completely ridiculous.
