Anyone else excited to see what Bird and Milford can do together?

I don't think I want this combo long term, but I think it should be better than Milf and Kodi. If Bird can link up with Milf more, straighten the attack more and demand the ball more, it'll be a step forward for the side.

Yep, but we have a problem scoring points as the 4 tries we’ve managed in the last 3 games has shown so hopefully this combination can get us going a bit better than we have been.
Edit: if it does work though what chance Wayne sucks it up, admits perhaps his faith was misplaced and returns Nikorima to a bench super-sub role?

Warriors fan here, looking forward to this match up. Always feel like I can expect a good game between the two clubs regardless of who is in form.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Broncos come out roaring and trying to make a statement. After Thaiday's less-than-encouraging "winning attitude", an awful toll of injuries, and Bennet copping a bit of flack from Brown after the Knights game. Your backs are clearly against the wall. But that can be when a proud team like the Broncos are ready to make us pay for underestimating them.
Given this might be the first time win we win 6 consecutive games since 2002, expectations of our team has elevated since the pre-season, and the Warriors traditionally haven't coped well with expectations nor consistency, I don't think this will be the cakewalk that some make it out to be.
Looking forward to game day and a bit of banter! Hopefully I can post more than two comments on this forum before getting banned like I did on the Roosters' forum :angry:

Warriors fan here. Morkel joined our fan forum and suggested we come here haha.
Anyway best of luck for the upcoming game. You guys are going through a rough stretch but knowing your club you will bounce back sooner rather than later. As Warriors fans trust me we know the feeling of underperforming.
I actually supported the Broncos as a kid before the Warriors where the likes of Langer and Renouf (along with Menzies) were my favourite players and the reason why I support Qld in origin until this day.

I must say the Warriors have surprised me this season, I know we are only early into the season but they are showing real consistency and I think our side is in for a tough task this round to beat the Warriors.

Warriors have been great to watch this year. They've always been one of the most entertaining to teams to watch when they're on, but finally look to have got consistency in their game and some serious defensive resolve. We need Corvo back to get Bird off the McDonald's diet and into shape.

Would be A-Ok with this side but we'd miss Oates' first carries from kicks. Need another unit back there to get us off to a decent start.

not looking forward to this game at all. if warriors are hungry enough and if we dish up the same crap they could make it very embarrassing for us.
Only positive is i don't think any of us here marked this round down as a win considering how hard it is to beat the warriors on there own turf. especially now with how well there going. Gotta say they really are a joy of a team to watch atm.
win or lose i just want to see some improvement in our attack. so sick of looking like the worst attacking team in the competition especially considering the attacking players we have.
