TPJ or Carrigan wouldn't get suspended at any other club. I've seen worse hits on JT than Carrigans on Pearce get away with nothing. Our bloke gets a sinbin.
Crichton last week into a players back, late and ....... nothing. It's a joke.

3 penalties for the year? Is that correct? Wow, he really has been piling them up! Mind you his team mates have been far worse.

Feels like much more then that. I might be wrong.
No need to be a smart alley about it though mate.

TPJ wasn't charged ... so wont miss next week ... Flegler on the otherhand

In that case TPJ to 13 and Ofa to the bench.

Haas + TPJ in the middle against Fotuaika + Arrow could be fireworks!

So many suggestions.
We need a big dose of confidence. That will promote winning. Which in turn will promote confidence. Doesn’t matter which one comes first the other will quickly follow. Thing is we need the coaching staff to kick start and the players to buy in. When that happens things will change, but not until then unfortunately. 😬

We've lost 140-30 over the last 4 matches yet we are $1.38 favourites to win this match. Can't believe I'm saying this but the Titans have played better than us and shown more spirit in their last couple of games. $3 outsiders seems like good shopping.

Clearly you haven't watched them. They haven't been anywhere near as poor as the Broncos since the resumption. It's no sure thing and the Tits may even be favourite! Naturally plenty of silly ***** like me will back the Broncos but the Tits have way superior form.
They have a bit of "ad lib" about them and may cause problems for these slow Bronco forwards. They certainly don't fear Brisbane and I'm sure they consider this as a real opportunity. Tanha Boyd will run rings around them.

Err, what exactly did he do wrong? No missed tackles, averaged over 9 metres a carry, averaged 4 post contact metres per tackle, one penalty( nothing in it either but you know, it's a Bronco) no handling errors. In short he had nothing for which to be ashamed. Even his ptb speed was the same as his fellow forwards, Carrigan, Haas, Lodge, TPJ etc. I just don't get the hate🤔 Surely it cannot be the single penalty
Well it seems that the statisticians aren't recording six agains conceded (maybe they don't even know what they're for), but Flegler gave away 2 within the first 10mins of being on the field last night... the second one gave knights a new set on 4th tackle that led to the field goal before half time.

And both of them were blatant and late in the penalty count, which is a lack of game awareness.

To me he looks to be struggling with the new game speed and needed a rest (was required to start in the first few weeks while Lodge got up to speed... and Offa churned out his 20mins of mediocrity).

Against the roosters he was out on his feet in his first stint... the coach should've subbed him off (but he hadn't reached his required 20mins) .. he ended up dropping it twice between the 18th and 23rd minutes, one of them was the shot from Victor.

Amongst a number of issues I think the fitness of our middles to adapt to the new speed is one of the serious issues.

We either need to be running them in shorter stints, but that will use more interchanges... OR we may need a "second preseason" to strip them down and adapt better to the game (give up some meters for better fitness).

All our middles are big units, to adapt to the old game (you know the one from 12 weeks ago)... Flegler, Kennedy, Lodge, Offa, Haas (but he's a fitness freak so unaffected) & Carrigan.

I think we could take a look at Bullemor. Yes he's young, but I believe reports suggest that he is in a similar mold to Carrigan and therefore may be a bit more of a lock.

Anyway a break for Flegler to regroup and possibly just work on fitness could do him wonders

Well if we do get belted by the Tits , it won't come as such a surprise. Getting a flogging from week to week could be the norm for the remainder of this season . Public humiliation of the Club may be the panacea to finally make the board , clean this club out . It may have to start with Paul White moving on as touted in the media . I'm just worried our best players will seriously consider offers or get released from their contracts . Sorry but Boyd and Milf are like cancer on this team , it's terminal but still left there untreated will infect everything around it . Morale has to be getting low , criticism is high , opposing teams ( and the Bronxnation from the sidelines ) must be ready to start sledging them during matches , and we may start to see that boil over in games in the near future out of pure frustration . An emergency meeting must be called , Siebold must be removed immediately , to give this roster new emphasis , to work on their roles in their positions . Uncertainty must just be an added killer to their motivation , and yes I understand it's a rebuilding phase , but just plain bad coaching decisions are already having a deleterious affect on their performances . How bad could they be to individuals in this playing group .. well bring on the Titans !

Time to chuck a team together... I think decisions need to be made thinking about what the team will look like when we are full strength (I know we may never be full strength again!!)

1. Isaako (but if the long term plan is Niu then they need to start working towards it... he's off contract this year so may as well see if he's got potential to be an NRL fullback)
2. Coates / Isaako (I've got Coates being the starting winger this year, but we do need a left center moving forward and no one is fitting the bill atm... so one of Staggs, Coates or Niu is likely earmarked for it)
3. Niu / Isaako / Coates / Herbie (unfortunately center is a huge issue with Staggs, Bird, Arthars and even Kahu all out... whoever is the long term plan for left center should be moving in)
4. Glenn (can't do a worse job than the garbage currently occupying the position)
5. Herbie (long term winger... sign him up already!!)
6. Milf (if he's dropped it's difficult to go back to him if Dearden also shits the bed... if Dearden is the future then just **** Milf off now and hope his manager finds him a new home starting next year)
7. Croft (I like the look of him... I think he is coping well with the new rules, but no one seems to be coming with him)
8. Lodge
9. Luke
10. Haas
11. Oates (his long term position is now in the forwards... moving him back to the wing was a backwards step. He can start until Fifita comes back and then moves to the bench)
12. TPJ
13. Offa (can see coach going with TPJ as cover for Carrigan, but that will just be more changes... if TPJ is the second row then he should FUCKING stay in the second row!!)

14. Paix / Milf
15. Kennedy
16. Bullemor
17. Teo

Darius... never to be seen again (except flogging his guts out at Red Hill, because man can train!!)

Decisions need to be made on what the plan is for the team moving forward at full strength... when teams cop an injury the next man is up to do the same role... it's not the next man slides over from a different position, old mate moves from wing to back row to wing, whilst someone else moves from left wing to right center.

Starters shouldn't be changing position every week.. that's chaos and doesn't build any consistency.

Who's our long term fullback (Isaako or Niu)??
- Isaako has been very good defensively... so I'd want to be sure that Niu can handle the position before throwing him in there (needs to be training at fullback... not playing 5mins off the bench or filling in at center/wing if that's not the plan)
Pending fullback what is our plan with Isaako/Niu?
- Can Isaako be a center or winger moving forward? if not then is he worth paying as a starter until 2022
Who's our long term left center?? Actually who's our immediate left center... because old mate that is filling the position now can **** right off.
Who are our wingers?? (why say Herbie is a winger and then move him to center!!!!)
- Who are our second rowers moving forward? Fifita has one spot locked down... TPJ kills it in attack, but his defence is woeful... Glenn is gone end of next year, Oates should be moved to the forwards and could be handy... Bullemor has been floated as a future second rower
