I don’t. It was second tackle or something and I was livid at the time. It was a complete Hail Mary play.

Yeah but good teams score off those all the time. There was space was there not? Unlucky bounce in the end. If it came off it might have embiggened the whole team and we win by 30.

Capewell would have scored if he kicked it to the left of Kennedy, where he was aiming. It was open space and he had the jump on him. Instead he shanked it to the right where all the Cronulla chasers were.

I know what your saying but second tackle? We are a team that doesn’t have that luxury.

Given how Haas was during the last game I'm keen to see him take at least a week off. He looked in a lot of pain at times. Surely the heavy impacts aren't letting it heal (or possibly making it worse?)

I'd like Haas to come back in better condition for when we take on teams we should be beating (Knights/Titans). If we get up over the Rabbits and Manly without him, fantastic.

Haas: scans show no further damage to AC joint, but will need to adjust training and be assessed later in the week. They say they "won't be taking any risks."
Desperate Coach though. Couple of wins take the pressure off, but losses for the next 2-3 might reignite the blowtorch. Would he risk Haas when he's 50/50 like he did last night? Probably...

Get him into the hyperbaric chamber (remember when they were the big thing?)

We haven’t won 3 in a row since mid 2019 when we beat Manly, Roosters and Warriors.

If we turn up, we’ll give ourselves every chance of doing that.

All we need to do is shut down Cook. We shut him down, Walker can’t play his natural game and if Walker can’t do that, they will struggle.

Hopefully south's and Manly kill each other tonight so they'll be short when they play us over the next 2 weeks.

Palasia has been good all year, and improving. Kennedy has been good, but isn't a long term option and has performed well twice. No way in the world should Kennedy stay in the 17 if Palasia is getting dropped.
I think Palasia stays on the bench given he can cover back row
All of Kennedy, Palasia, Jensen have all been great and none deserve to loose their spot but someone has to for Carrigan

Funny story, the Broncos' hyperbaric chamber was the first in the whole Southern Hemisphere.

Any word on carrigan? Could, but unlikely, to be back?

I'd actually be picking them all and resting Haas. We need to manage him carefully.

I think that's the best option if Payne isn't 100%. Having Payne playing needled up I would think messes up the bench rotation because I'd imagine having a rest would stiffen the shoulder up, which would explain the massive minutes against the dogs.

Souths aren't looking too great in the first half against a 12 man manly team.
If we turn up switched on we should win comfortably.
Expecting a Reynolds masterclass to sink the boot in to Souths.
