Warner hasn’t really had a good stint in Tests since he served his ban, he’s done well enough in white ball but his red ball numbers have been near on non-existent

I remember hearing about Uzman a cpl of years before Warner emerged .
The home work episode in Pakistan and the being caught out at short leg by a chair were low moments amongst his silky high lights .
I wish him every success . I have gotten a lot of enjoyment from watching him make it look easy .

Usman is just an example of what happens when people feel comfortable within themselves, he's always looked a high class player but it took a long time for him to find any sort of consistency for Australia.

Some people take years to find that comfort, some find it right away. I reckon moving to QLD really helped him in that regard.

Not bad for a guy who most tipped would never play a single Test, myself included. His days could be numbered (or maybe not) but he'll go down as one of the greats of Aussie cricket regardless.
