Ha ! Who actually gives 100% at work? It's impossible, you would burn out . Seriously some people!
Clearly you've never met a workaholic.

I've met plenty of alcoholics if that matters. I find that most are pretty good workers if you don't start them too early in the morning or work them too late as beer o'clock tends to be around 6 PM. Stoners on the other hand are fucking useless.Clearly you've never met a workaholic.

Anthony Seibold won’t bow down to expectation at Brisbane Broncos
ANTHONY Seibold says he won’t crack under the pressure of succeeding Wayne Bennett and has vowed to launch a new era at the Broncos, declaring: “I will do things my way.”
Seibold will inherit one of the toughest jobs in Australian sport as the successor to Bennett, the Broncos’ only premiership coach who delivered six titles during the club’s golden age between 1992-2006.
Brisbane’s two other coaches, Ivan Henjak and Anthony Griffin, were both sacked after struggling to cope with the burden of Bennett’s formidable legacy at Queensland’s flagship club.
Seibold entered Brisbane’s system as a lower-grade forward in 1992, giving him a close-up view of Bennett’s mastery as he coached the Broncos to their maiden premiership and back-to-back titles the following year.
While he respects the 68-year-old’s record, a confident Seibold says he won’t be a Bennett copycat and will stamp his own mark on a Broncos club desperate to once again dominate the NRL.
Souths coach Seibold could be at the Broncos as early as next season if Brisbane and the Rabbitohs broker a straight swap in the coming weeks.
“I certainly don’t feel pressure following in Wayne’s footsteps,” he said.
“He has a legacy there at the Broncos, but I’m my own coach.
“I don’t know how Wayne does things. I don’t know his processes or practices, so it’s not something that worries me.
“To be fair, I respect Wayne enormously and what he has done in the game.
“He has had a career that potentially will never be surpassed in some ways.
“But I encountered the same sort of expectation at Souths with ‘Madge’ (Michael Maguire, Seibold’s premiership-winning predecessor).
“I’ve just done things my way at Souths and I’m happy to be judged on how I do things, rather than being compared to others.
“I will do things my way at Brisbane.”
Seibold knows Bennett’s influence at the Broncos is enormous.
He has called the shots at Brisbane for 25 of their 31 seasons and the club has never known premiership success without the man crowned the NRL’s greatest ever coach by the Men of League Foundation in 2011.
Seibold is currently focused on his role at South Sydney, but when he steps into Bennett’s throne – either next year or in 2020 – he won’t be a prisoner of Wayne’s World.
A deep-thinker with methods that piloted the Rabbitohs to a grand-final qualifier last season, Seibold plans to inject fresh structures at the Broncos.
“The other two coaches who were at the Broncos were underneath Wayne as assistants, so this a great opportunity for me to go in there with a blank page,” he said.
“I remember my early days at the Broncos when Wayne was coach. In my first two years there, the first-grade team won back-to-back premierships.
“But that was a long time ago. These days, I don’t really know what Wayne’s philosophies are as a coach.
“I have my ideas and it’s a huge honour to be given the chance to coach the Broncos.
“I don’t want to be disrespectful to my current role because I felt tremendous pride in helping Souths improve this year, but ultimately I was yearning to go home.
“The Broncos are a club that appeal to me and I have an opportunity to go home and coach a club that I followed as a young bloke.”
Broncos wing legend Wendell Sailor, who has known Seibold more than 30 years and is one of his closest mates, believes the 44-year-old will relish succeeding Bennett.
“The expectation will be huge,” Sailor said. “But I’ve known ‘Seibs’ a long time and even when we were teammates in the Broncos’ lower grades, I could see he had the makings of a coach.
“He always had great attention to detail and he is a very good communicator, so he’s the type of coach who can get the best out of the current playing group.
“The Wayne Bennett shadow will be there, but Seibs will not be fazed by it.”

I was an employer in the hospitality industry for many years and it is certainly true in my experiences. The main reason I sold up my business is because the lack of decent staff around. Young or old, it didn't discriminate but I always got more use out of heavy drinkers because they needed the money to support their habit. Druggos are lazy and clueless and usually rely on Centrelink. Like I said, only my experience and the experience of many other employers.I don't think this is true at all.
Rabbitohs coach Anthony Seibold returns to South Sydney as fan backlash deepens
DESPITE his controversial decision to join Brisbane, Anthony Seibold turned up to start coaching South Sydney for 2019 – but the angst among his playing group has now spread to Rabbitohs fans.

Seibold claimed a Daily Telegraph report last week claiming he had lost the playing group was a “media agenda”.
But players openly vented their anger at Seibold’s decision to fans during Jason Clark’s farewell dinner at Souths Juniors last Thursday night.
One well-known local supporter took to social media to post: “Spoke to several players at the Clark farewell and I believe them.
“They all expressed how they felt about him (Seibold) and it wasn’t nice. Don’t lie coach.”
It would appear players are saying one thing to Seibold’s face and then something totally different to each other.

Their frustration stems not from the fact Seibold decided to leave, more a theory he kept the players and club in the dark during negotiations with Brisbane.
Discussions are taking place about Seibold and Wayne Bennett completing a coaching swap for next season.
Those discussions could accelerate when Rabbitohs general manager of football, Shane Richardson, returns from a working trip to England Thursday evening.
There could even be a development as early as Friday afternoon.
At around 9am Wednesday, Seibold walked into South Sydney’s Redfern headquarters looking relaxed with rolled-up sleeves and shorts.
Just the coaching and football club staff were back working, players due to return on Monday.
“I’m keen to go to work. It’s been a real positive last 12 months here. The players have worked really hard and I love working with them here,” Seibold told the Sydney media.

“My love for the playing group and the club hasn’t diminished by some people having an agenda in the media. Like I said, I’m going to work and I’m really excited about the opportunity.

“Someone has obviously got an agenda there by saying that stuff. I had a great evening with the guys at Damien Cook’s wedding last Friday night.
“I got some really lovely texts and phone calls from the players over the last week. Obviously they’re disappointed I’m going to move on in 2020 but they understand my reasons for wanting to go home.
“I’ve got a great relationship with the players. One of the things I did 12 months ago was put a lot of time into building relationships with the players. I have been on the road for 13 years.”

Seibold claimed he kept Souths co-owner Russell Crowe well informed during negotiations with Brisbane.
“Russell understood. I spoke to Russell on a number of occasions. He was the first person from the club that I told that I was going to the Broncos in 2020,” Seibold said.
“It was a conversation I didn’t really like making but I didn’t want to let Russell down but, at the end of the day, I did what’s best for me.”
Bennett remains the key to a possible swap for next season. He has vowed to his Brisbane players that he will be in charge next season and doesn’t want to disappoint the playing group.
He could however be persuaded to leave if a swap occurred.
That article just reinforces that Souths need the coaching swap far more than us.... hell Broncos may be able to make money out of this rather than stumping up for the bill.Does sports "journalism" get any worse than this?

I for one hope the board say f.ck you to souths and let them deal with the next 12 months.
In 2020 when Bennett should enter souths Inglis and Surgess will be another year older, one of the twins may be gone and the hype around Bennett will have likely dissipated after simmering for 12 months.
I believe they pretty much brought this on themselves with their press conference after signing Bennett. By slamming their current coach to the public... to me that has potential to create a toxic environment for their squad.
If broncos stand firm a direct competitor could be derailed for the 2019 season and potentially set back several years whilst in a premiership window.
I agree, "Sorry Russ, It was always our intention to have Wayne see out his contract , it means a lot us, and the fans"Yep, **** 'em. To me they were pissed off and thought they would be smart by bagging Siebold and trumpetting the Bennett signature, now they are worried about how this will work next year.
I thoroughly hope our board play this smart and just tell them tough titties.

Who’s he flying with - see if he’s got a ticket to Brisbane or Sydney.I reckon the hold up is waiting for Wayne to return from England.
Media talk.So we've gone from "Committed to the Bunnies in 2019" to "I want clarity on 2019 about the Broncos"
