It's rumored that GI is close to signing with us, some have said it's as good as done.

Odds on we will be dispensing with the services of Israel Folau, Ashton Sims, Steve Michaels and Lagi Setu at the end of the season, and thus far are only looking likely to recruit Ben Hannant.

Even with my feeble maths brain, that leaves us at least $700K we could splurge.

From what I've been hearing, I think he has also come around to the fact that it's not all about money and there are more important things in footy - so I doubt he'll be asking for too much really.
