As much as I don't want to lose Roberts to SOO, I'm very happy for him. Since coming to the Broncos he has made it known it was one of his goals. His first year was quiet and a bit hit & miss, but his second year was his best year in first grade (up to that time), and he didn't even get the slightest mention when jerseys were in contention. It appeared that playing for the Broncos was working against him in terms of getting enough exposure for the NSW selectors, which was the exact opposite of what he had hoped would happen coming here. But this year there have been a few putting his name forward, most notably Johns, and it's great to see Roberts' efforts on and off the field being rewarded.

In his defense he should've been picked a couple of years ago when he was the form forward of the comp scoring tries at will, has been a bit down this year, but if they're steering clear of Woods & Klemmer, he's the only realistic 3rd prop candidate besides RCG & Vaughan.

I feel for Oates, I don’t think he could have done too much more, but I do understand.
I personally would have rathered Munster at 6, Morgan 7 & Hunt/Ponga at 14..
I think last year showed that without JT in the side, Morgan can own the team in the 7 jersey.

Matt Scott just hasn't been up to par this year. He might have turned it around for QLD, but he needs to prove that his injury last year isn't dragging him down. Same as Boyd.
