He is on a bigger contract than Tesi, and he isnt going to be cheap either so i'm not sure where you are getting that price from. He's probably going to be on around $450k-500k a year, depending on which media source you want to believe. Thats a good contract for a player who has proved or achieved nothing yet. No matter how you want to twist it, we wouldnt be signing a promising fullback when we already have one if we were backing the one already here. You dont have to be a genius to work who the Broncos are backing to be the number 1 next year.

Thats the problem. Considering the stance Kevvie took with Walsh, its odd he hasnt done the same with Tesi. Get these young guys performing in Queensland cup week in week out. You can get away with it in some circumstances, but as a fullback i dont think you can. He should have only been backup until he could kill it in the Cup.
