Exceptional slips fielding which, at the moment, we simply cannot match.

You can kind of understand Punter losing that one with the way it looped, but he of all people should've come forward and comfortably gobbled that up.

Yeah, WTF is the point of having sunglasses on your hat and squint while you are waiting for a catch. FFS Hussey would normally swallow that catch up. Johnson actually bowled well and got some shape so we will see how he goes tomorrow.

Brad Haddin once again stood up as did Hussey.

Fark me. Brad Haddin is the worst full-time wicket keeper ever to play for Australia.

I remember Gilchrist used to dive in front of first slip to take catches, and the wicket keepers I played with growing up were always taught to go for the catch if you can reach it, even if it robs first or second slip of a catch.

Haddin relies on his slips too much. Pathetic that THAT wasn't caught.

If it wasn't for his aggressive batting and the runs he's been getting of late, I'd have T-Paine in there in a heartbeat.
