Does anyone have a list of coaches who have come out of England, coached here, and pulled it off. They all seem shit.

Trent Robinson's first head coach gig was at Catalans. No one else off the top of my head.
But he was originally from Aus obviously. Kevvie would count in the Robinson mould. There are a few ex-Aussie players currently coaching over there who might be worth watching like Adrian Lam (who I rate), Brett Hodgson, etc.
But yeah do not know many have come over that and have had success other than Robinson and Kevvie but then, how many have tried in order to make a comparison?
I can only think of:
Robinson
Holbrook
Kevvie
Michael Maguire?
Looking at that list, hmm they've done pretty well the Aussies who have returned.
How many Dolphins signings are beyond 2024?
They should really target Lachlan Coote, Suliasi Vunivalu, Luke Brookes, Angus Chrichton and Jake Turpin for next year. Also should have got Rhys Kennedy too. They'd still suck but the spread of actual first grade quality players would be better for them.So updated team for The:
1.
2. Lee
3. Lee
4. Aitken
5. Isaako
6. Milford
7. O'Sullivan
8. Bromwich
9. Graham
10. Wallace
11. Bromwich
12. Kaufusi
13. Gilbert
14. Nikorima
15. Nicholls
16. Lemuelu
17. Stone
18. Marshall-King
19. Collins
20. Bostock
21. Katoa
22. Jennings
23. Teague
24. Te Whare
It is serviceable.
I'd consider having Nikorima at 1 and keep Isaako on wing as you suggested. So updated team for The:

None of the players they’ve signed will take the heat off him at allI'd consider having Nikorima at 1 and keep Isaako on wing as you suggested.
And Marshall-King at 9, with Graham at 14.
I think Milford can do well, if he has a few others that will take the pressure and heat off of him. I think having Kodi floating would do that...obviously long term they need a better option than Kodi at 1...but short term, still better than Isaako
Definitely a decent team as you suggested. Their pack will definitely hold their own.

1 Lachlan Coote
2 Suliasi Vunivalu
3 Euan Aitken
4 Brenko Lee
5 Edrick Lee
6 Anthony Milford
7 Luke Brookes
8 Jesse Bromwich
9 Jake Turpin
10 Jarrod Wallace
11 Angus Chrichton
12 David Fifita
13 Tom Gilbert
14 Kodi Nikorima
15 Rhys Kennedy
16 Mark Nicholls
17 Felise Kaufusi
Then target Fifita, Herbie, Tesi, Pereira, Xavier Savage, Bullemor, Munster and Solomona for 2024 and they could run out with
1 Tesi Niu
2 Suliasi Vunivalu
3 Herbie Farnworth
4 Xavier Savage
5 Jordan Pereria
6 Cameron Munster
7 Luke Brookes
8 Jesse Bromwich
9 Harrison Graham
10 Nelson Asofa-Solomona
11 Angus Chrichton
12 David Fifita
13 Tom Gilbert
14 Kodi Nikorima
15 Rhys Kennedy
16 Ethan Bullemor
17 Felise Kaufusi
They'd still suck though. Hopefully the Milford signing doesn't hinder them targeting Munster.
No because Milford is never going to be goodWould it be worth considering Munster to 1?
1. Munster
6. Milford/Katoa
7. O'Sullivan/Katoa
9. Graham
14. Nikorima
This could very well crash and burn but it would at least be an intriguing spine to see.
Maybe they represent dolphins all over the world. They aren’t just in Redcliffe ya know.Should we change the thread title to just 'The' Discussion?
