Hannays been involved around Walters with QLD SOO team; so they obviously know each other and theres a lot of trust there too, so thats a good start...

If Kevvie doesn't get the right assistants this is going to end in tears. Walters can have success if he coaches like Meninga, and by that style I mean leave 99% of the coaching to the assistants, and he just deals with the players on a personal level.

Kevins #1 priority is seeing the Broncos back into the winners circle and he doesnt need the ego horseshit that certain other coaches need.

His coaching history. The things he has said. There is a reason he has always been denied when going for all those other jobs.
The only real hands on work he should be doing is with the halves.
