Titans Vs. Broncos *SPOILER*

I know this is a Broncos forum but why isn't anyone admitting that the Big D took a blatant, disgusting dive? If that was Jarryd Hayne this place would be going nuts, me included.

The Big D took a wuss dive and I was embarrased. I love the Big D as much as anyone but that was seriously poor. I hope he never does it again and I'm sure he lost a lot of respect from non-Broncos fans.

No I'm talking about when Walker took him out.

Yes, Walker had a brain explosion and it was illegal. But he dived and milked it for all it's worth.

He's got an excellent reputation for grit and toughness and for putting in 100% even when we're down and out. Broncos could be getting pumped and sometimes the only person who looks like they're trying is the Big D.

That's why it was so disappointing to see.
 
When Lockyer was hit late by Walker, he was totally not expecting it, could not brace himself, and I think his head hit the ground pretty hard. Why can't he take his time getting up?
 
NFI show some respect to the great man. Lockyer has had his fair share of late hits and got straight I am dman sure he is entitled to stay down if he feels he was taken out unfairly.
 
Let me make it clear I don't think it was on the scale of Jarryd Hayne or Greg Bird. Not by a long shot. It was just disappointing to see such a determined, tough and respected player milk it so poorly/obviously.
 
I was so happy that we won! However, it was really disappointing that we let the Titans score 22 points in the second half.

I need to watch the replay, but I don't get why the Titans fans and Cartwright are complaining about the refs. I thought it went their way in the second half!

As for the atmosphere, I loved it! Too bad about the fans. This guy that sat next to us had a really cool Broncos banner and some Titans fans behind us kept telling him to put his banner down. They ended up having a verbal fight, but the Broncos fan won. Plus, we won the game...those stupid Titans fans went home early. Looks like the bandwagon was good for them while it lasted.
 
Scott Prince is better at whinging than he is at football.

His biggest whinge was when a Broncos player was taken out, and we got the penalty, yet Izzy took Walker out (who moved into his line) was awarded a try.

Whinging little ****.
 
Fox Sports News suck. They showed every try in the Bulldogs game and showed about three from our game FFS.

I love Prince at origin but he does like to have a whinge and a niggle when he's on the other team. But that's the captain's role. I agree though, calls went both ways.

If the Broncs can cut out some complacency we'll go real close this year. And of course, every team needs some luck so that would be nice.
 
I think alot of our second half performance come down to complacency. The boys just thought they had the game wrapped up when Folau scored his third. There was an awful lot of intercept tries last night though.
 
How good was the atmosphere in the away supporters bay. that was so awesome. We had a louder lets go broncos chant than any id heard at Suncorp.
 
then next week at Suncorp we gotta keep those chants going. Its time to fire up fans and players
 
We had a 'Walker's a Wank**' chant going on in our section last night. XD
 
You guys crack me up. Everything the Broncasses do is on the back of skill and determination and everything the Titans do is fluke. Gordon fluked his intercept but Taylor's was all skill.
The Broncos played badly in the second half so that was the only reason the lowly Titans got back into the game.
Show a little respect to other teams and you might get some back. There are two teams fighting hard on the pitch.
Did it ever occur to anyone that maybe the Titans got back into the game because of their skill and determination.
I can only pray and hope that we get into the final and get to play the Broncasses.
But I can't see that happening because you guys will have to beat Manly or the Dragons.
Pity.
Anyway the TITANS will represent Queensland proudly in the Grand Final.
 
I agree on showing more respect for the Titans in the second half.
 
Having said all that, I honestly think Broncos deserved their victory.
