I think he should go us for unfair dismissal. It's pretty fucking clear he's had no decent guidance or a decent manager looking after his best interests.

Just another casualty thanks to the absolutely useless **** that is Anthony Siebold.

He'd be on a hiding there. But I'm sure any lawyer would be happy to take his money.

After reading the article now, it makes sense we would sack him due to him bringing the Broncos image into disrepute associating with a bikie gang.
There might be a case there, but deliberately breaching the Apollo regs should be enough.

Hey look, I wouldn't take my advice either. But this club is a shit stain now, and it's not TPJs fault that he hasn't been given the right development because the coach just never developed the skills to be a coach.

Fairplay @Nashy a coach is there to develop your playing skills and to a very lesser degree act as a mentor and encourage you to be a better version of yourself. But behaviour like this is all on TPJ. He was my favorite player and I'm pissed we've lost him, but he's treated us like the chumps we currently are.

I reckon he would've had to sign something that said he understood what was in the Apollo regs and that would've amended his prevailing contract. I've been trying to find a copy of this agreement but it's not forthcoming. Nonetheless, there must be grades of breaches to account for accidental, negligent, necessary and calculated. It's pretty plain his was calculated and he meant to be caught. He was thumbing his nose at not just the club, but the entire NRL.

Seibold raised his hand and opted out of the bubble. I'm sure that's part of the protocol.

I wonder if Fifita has actually singed a contract....

Could this be used to offer Fifita a little bit more cash

Contract would be signed and registered.

Club wouldn't announce it otherwise. I don't think they even can until it is.

I blame the club for this too. It's their failing that their staff have such a horrible moral that they are prepared to break the law to get out of work.

Wot?

An adult requires another adult to tell you not to breach the rules that allow you to play the game and earn an income, nor associate with criminals?

TPJ has been a loose cannon from day one. He was playing pranks on Bennett when he first arrived.

Well that's a separate subject. We're all blaming the club in the bigger picture.

Too true, this never would have happened under a coach like, say, Bennett. Zero breaches under his watch...

At this rate we won't have enough to form a team next year. Maybe we should ask Darbs to reconsider that option? Nah are we that desperate yet?

This may sound silly, but has Fifita signed and lodged a contract with the nrl regarding being at the titans 2021+?
Is he a chance of now staying? The joints a mess I know, but if we sort shit out he may want to stick around.
Im just trying to look for some positivity around the club atm. Lol

Jesus the Broncos are a huge mess. We need to hit the market hard cause I feel like everything is close to completely falling apart. Signing Cam Smith should be high on the agenda now, offer him whatever, he'd demand a lot of respect of the players that it might help steady the ship.
