He'd have some sort of get out clause for first team coaching I'm sure.
The first man I'd be looking at (given Hasler, Madge, Bellamy are unrealistic) would be Daniel Anderson. I know he just started a job with the Eels, but he's had success and made a grand final with every team he's coached. Hell, he made Daniel Mortimer look like a gun! I seem to remember him doing a good job developing youngsters too, which is something I feel Griffin has failed at during his tenure (well, along with every other aspect of his job, but this area in particular).
