Tronc Close To Signing

What i like about Tronc is that his sheer size allows him to dent the opposition defensive line, thus creating the chance for some good second phase play ..... he does have a good offload in him.

Let's hope someone on the coaching staff can get him fired up !!

Apparently he is released but has to stay until after april 17 as part of the release. Better to have him later rather than never.

THE Broncos are confident they will have former Cowboy Shane Tronc stitched up for a return to the NRL by next week.

As part of the release, Cullen said it was agreed the 193cm, 113kg wrecking ball would remain in England until after the Wildcats played their Challenge Cup clash against Harlequins on April 17.

So first they say he will hopefully be here by next week (Sharks at Suncorp on the 18th?). Then they say part of the deal is he will be staying untill after their match on the 17th....

Is he going to fly here straight after their match and then play for us right away?

Actually from that first quote I would take that as being a deal done by next week, not necessarily him being here before that date, two different things.

More than likely the earlest we should expect to see him would be round 8 against the Knights, that is also when Falou, Kemp and Parker are due back. Could that be the date we turn around our season?
