Well Reed retired, and we tried to sign Wallace, so that's a bit of a stretch.

I rated Wallace fairly highly before. I think I called him our best bench forward a few times last year. I certainly didn't expect this improvement from him though. Nothing against Unbreakable when I say I fully believe he pretty much has to be a starter for QLD this year. I feel like if we went with the right back row of Gillett/Papa/McGuire we'd already have an advantage over NSW in that area, and having Wallace in his current form as a starter could really help us in the middle too.
