I expected it because we have a good young roster coming through and bennett knows that it could be an easy ride to success, so he'll take his millions and all the credit if we win or come close, and none of the blame if we crash and burn.

Well Bennett got them to the semi final last year. This year I think the McKinnon incident killed their season early basically with the focus taken away from football for at least a couple of weeks (Bennett even said that himself). I don't know if its been mentioned yet but this is pretty simular to the panthers when Ben Alexander was killed in the offseason after they had just won the premiership. The panthers didn't look like half the team they were the previous year and it devastated everyone playing that year.

Fact is, Griffen hasn't produced the results that we as a club have held to a high standard for a number of years. Lets not forget something here, we finished 12TH LAST YEAR. NOT GOOD ENOUGH IMO. His 400k flop of a prop has failed to do anything and Barba looks a shadow of his former self. Granted some players have kicked on but for the team we have on the park, the top 4 should be at our reach. We have let go of some very disappointing games this year (Rabbits, Roosters, Panthers, Titans etc) which were all very winnable and most lost on the back of our coach not fully utilising his bench in the final 10 minutes. Bennett will bring our culture of expecting to win back to the club and he doesn't tolerate mediocrity.

First of all Griffin maybe a good guy and worked hard but he made so many stupid decisions like Hoffman at 6 all year, Hunt as back up hooker who knows how good he could be right now if he had been playing 7 all this time.
You also say you want them to lose cause they brought Wayne back but also Brisbane's biggest fan? I don't fucking think so lol. And lastly you know you will be all over him if he brings us a premiership and don't even try to deny that as we all will be.
