****. I am so conflicted right now.
Out of all the options I wanted Siebold by a long way and I can get the straight swap because it really would be untenable for both clubs if they were announced for 2020.
But still, I cannot believe that potentially I have seen Bennett coaching the Broncos for the last time ever, I was really hoping for one more year. I understand it is a business but for everything Bennett has done for the club and the fans he deserved better than this, he deserved a last year here without all the speculation and crap and a fully announced last year for him to be properly appreciated.

My feelings exactly. Excited for the change and what a new perspective will bring. Worried that this is all going to go badly like the Henjak/Hook era.

Seibold seems to be in the same mold as Henjak and Hook. Medium intelligence, blames the ref after losses. He's only a "run of the mill" coach. He'll be inheriting a team that should be making regular assaults on the premiership in the very near future. Anything less that will be career ending for him.

Souths are the ones who have come out and said that if Seibold signs with us they're going to release him. Why the hell would we do them a favour and swap Wayne early?

Those that say that it wouldn't be untenable for WB to stick out 2019 as head coach I believe are dreaming.
Look at how it all played out this year, and that was before the Broncos even announced they would not be extending him beyond 2019.
As much as I agree that WB deserves to see out 2019 in Brisbane, I just cannot see it happening.
If JD or Walters were appointed, then yes I could see that working, but at a guess I would see WB at either Souffs or the Tigers from 2019, chuck St George in there as a smoky..
