Not specifically player aimed but just positional performance that you think will make the most difference to us performing best for 2025.
Not just Herbie's running meters either .The penalties he gets awarded for getting hit high .Help get his team upfield as well .Hard to argue second row but honestly, I think it is our entire back five. Modern NRL relies so much on momentum and early metres in a set and we missed Herbie’s metres so much last year. The team struggled to get on the front foot as a result. This falls on our wings especially but really, the centres too.
Agreed, everyone needs a lift.Every position needs a big uplift from 2024. I don't think there was any player who shouldn't be playing much better.
In saying that, I would like to see our 6 and 7 take more control of the game (and get a bit more creative). We became way to obvious, especially in attack, in 2024.

Nah even he can be better. While you can't fault his effort (and his stats reflect it), I noticed a lot of plays dying with him when players rushed is outside - which he would then just hold the ball and make some cheap metres instead. While that's safe, some additional options (like a short ball on the inside or an offload) could make the whole thing better.I think our 13 couldnt have done a lot more.
And that's where a link man 13 can become predictable.Nah even he can be better. Patrick is a moral to benefit from our change in coaching. Payne is another that will grow to greater heights if origin is any indication. Can’t wait.Nah even he can be better.
