I don't think he can? I thought you have to play all or none.

He could just retire after the test. Win win.

after youve 'paid your service' to the NRL you are allowed to pick and choose what you wanna play really.

If you are still playing club footy you have to apply to the ARL to be exempt from rep selection - they assess it on a case by case basis - I am pretty sure if Locky asks, he'll be given exemption.
