We are only 2 points behind the team sitting in second place. It’s a tight top 8 and every game must be won now to make the top 4.
 
Thanks for the high blood pressure. Can't play like the first half and expect to win at this point of the season. Niko just does not fit this side.
Upside, Gillette, Bird and TPG will be back at the right time of the year.
Fifita was excellent.
 
Honestly......regardless of coming back to win that I'm still pretty farked off with that first half. The fact that we did come back to win it makes the effort in the first half look even worse for mine.

Oh attitude needs a good swift kick up the butt and my fear is that we will just keep 'doing enough' to win games and not learn anything. A loss here may have served us better.
 
I don’t think think it should have come down to the Milford try.

I would have to have a look again because I was at the game but I thought Hodgson lost it cold. He wasn’t happy, he was even shaking his head while Croker was taking the kick.
 
In the words of Paul Keating " this is one for the true believers " quite good signs actually. To be able to shrug off a post bye malaise in the half time break.
 
Isaako is awesome - just needs to sort out that shifting defence and trust Jimmy. Would love to see him get a run at fullback. Darius was alright in the second half. Glenn was really good, Oates awesome, Kahu solid, Jimmy went looking for work (glad that's finally clicked). Good debut for Fifita.

We really need to work out some plays though, ****. Grubbering on the 3rd and Boyd's sweep plays can't be it. Some vintage Milf in the second...can we have some vintage milf in the first half next game please?
 
This was a good kick starter game for milf. I hope he doesn’t get picked for game 3 though as I feel it might **** with his confidence again
 
I live for Ricky Tickys pressers when beaten by other teams - I can’t wait for this one.

This! At least just dummy a grubber and run. Every one knows it’s coming (sure we got one try and almost another).. but some variety might put some doubt in the defending team’s mind.

Just had a look at the replay and it looked alright, all though the way he celebrated seemed liked he wasn't happy with it.
