Absolutely. You can really see all the conditioning and structure Bennett put into them last season paying off this year.

The coach applauding best defensive display as far as effective contact on Thursday, I think we were at 92%. Can you believe it 92%! (but conceding only 38 points)

A quote Benny was fond of " the caravan has moved on, the dogs have stopped barking". I wish you'd take it on board and drop the whole Benny/Siebs thing. He's moved on to Souffs, so please stop your barking. It has become quite a boring distraction and serves no purpose whatsoever as far as I can see.

There is a massive, glaring issue I can see, and it doesn't look like it's going to be fixed any time soon. Darius Boyd is not having a dig. He looks to me like he's just going through the motions to get his pay cheque, or there's something seriously wrong with him in terms of an injury. But to me, it looks like he has a toxic attitude on the field, and that filters into the other players.
He needs to go immediately, IMO.

And why is it so hard for people to concede that the 2018 coach of the rabbitohs left them in much better shape then the 2018 broncos coach did to the broncos?
I mean, it's not like Bennett has a track record of it, or that 3 underperforming and obviously not up to standard spine players were re-signed long term on his watch before he left, or that he was bitter and vindictive towards the club because he wanted to leave at the age of 90 and leave us in a worse position where we would have had just as abad a team but lost all our youngsters.
Am I saying it's his fault, no. What I am saying is he isn't a coach to set a club up for continued success, the success only happens when he is there. Sounds great right? Well, what about the 10 years after he's gone, because he has 3, or 4 years left MAX and we weren't going to win a premiership with him in charge with the squad we had in that time, the 4 years before showed that. Will we with seibold? Maybe, maybe not, but ffs I applaud the club for being proactive rather then sitting back and getting our assets raped again post Bennett like last time
When has ANYONE, I repeat ANYONE, even ONCE, I repeat even ONCE, said seibold is a better coach. Even souths fans know they will be fucked in 3 years just like every single club Bennett has left, but at least they have a team in place to win a premiership in the time he is there. We didn't! So why the **** would we suffer for 5 years post Bennett with no more premierships to our name just like the last 4 years he has been here, when we can tear the band aid off now and have a shot in a few years

The thread is about what’s going wrong with us. In my opinion it’s the coach. I wasn’t impressed with him last year, and he’s going backwards.

I find it hard to believe that Bennett who made the Broncos the club that it is now, would intentionally setup up things for others to fail. Just admit that the guys replacing him a 5 to 6 rungs below his coaching level.
