I seriously doubt siebs will get 4 years to ‘turn the ship around’ as it were, regardless of the length of his contract.

Any new coach is going to have to go through the same thing, although they'll come into a squad with probably no deadwood e.g Boyd, Macca and a bunch of young guns ready to rip in.

He said something like "I'm glad he's standing up for himself". This was Bennett being crafty and undermining Seibold from a distance, planting seeds of rebellion in other players, fanning the flames a little. Probably just for his own amusement. In the same chat with media he managed to throw in that Seibold didn't play a lot of first grade.

The Darius Needs To Go crew from even last year have been vindicated, and the Siebs is Shit crew need to accept there is a little more going on than "Siebs is shit".
Darius will be gone soon, is my gut feeling.

Boyd is not quitting without a payout it is really that simple. It was mentioned on the Matty Johns show, all of them agreed there is zero chance any of them would be giving up $1.5 million.

So you don't base your decisions on a guys ability you base it on how much your paying him. So really the Bennett return has cost us in the long run. We had a short term improvement and never won anything and now Bennetts Manchurian candidate is doing his thing. Bennet is loving this no doubt.

Well we could drop the dud to reserve grade and front end is contract to get him off the books quicker. Of course he could dig his heel s in even further and refuse the new contract terms but then he can play Q Cup on the wing for 3 years and be expected to train and all that.
