If Milford is still out, Paix comes in. If Gillett plays, Fifita to 11, TPJ to lock, and Flegler replacing Kennedy on the bench. Completely guessing of course. But I think we looked far more solid with Glenn at left centre and Staggs on the right helping Coates out.

Mate, I’m definitely not getting ahead of myself as I’d also written off the season months ago. I’m just surprised at how the ladder is stacked.

I certainly don’t want to make the top 8 only to mask the true issues within the team that need attention.

If we did make the eight and then fail I don't believe it would mask any issues despite being very similar to last year. I think some or most of the issues have been identified and should we mimic last years result I'd still be satisfied with all things considered. The new era might truly have dawned with Seibolds arrival. The jury is definitely still deliberating but I can't help the optimism.

I think all Broncos fans want to see us in the eight come September. And yeh even if we fail miserably it still means the young boys get a taste of finals footy early on in their careers. the fighters amongst them will use the lesson as a spur. Every experience adds up.

Yes. Someone suggested earlier a wing and centre combo of Coates and farnworth. That is way too inexperienced and would be a massive risk.

Blessing in disguise losing Shibasaki to injury. He has deadset contracted Tautau Moga syndrome since the Titans game.

Yeah his form has not been that great. I think he will end up a very good player in a couple of years

I don't understand what this has to do with me, I just said your reasoning for Herbie can't and doesn't play centre was wrong and didn't predict anything.

I think Herbie has better form at centre and better form in general than Coates and is very capable of playing NRL centre. He's the safer option for Saturday.

Well actually I argued Farnworth was more deserving of the two. You argued he was too small to play centre. I said he wasn’t too small to play centre but also said I don’t think he should be named at centre.

Besides the fact the team hasn’t been named yet, I never once said it wouldn’t happen.
