Craddock is plugging Ben Ikin for General Manager of Football. Doesn't seem to be based on anything other than Ikin's perceived willingness to ruffle feathers. If I were going to target someone in the media I'd be sniffing Billy Slater.

The best candidate out there is Bennett, plain and simple.

I'd not even be entertaining an alternative until I was certain Wayne Bennett had no intention of returning.

IMHO all this drama seems fabricated to sell papers and clicks. The dressing room drama may be partially true, but it's probably really nothing. It sells, that's all. Gives the media something to talk about and Brisbane Broncos is the top spot on any sports news reel.

For all the reported "unrest" .......Milford's name never seems to come up as an instigator. I'm still keen they offer him a contract...albeit massively reduced.

I think him and Reynolds could go well together.........much like Reynolds and Cody Walker have been.
