This is the kind of thing i want the players to care about.
A loyal culture, commitment to the broncos and each other.

How could you just not care if your friend and teammate was about to abandon the group?

Imagine you are part of a team, that has been eating shit at the bottom of the ladder for 3 seasons and just as you get some momentum and start looking to turn it around, one of your brothers and a key player in the group publicly declares he wants out.
