For some reason Kernick is regarded as the best player in the NRLW but Sauaso is eventually going to overtake her if she doesn't go to Union.

She's a goddamn wrecking ball.

Samoan Duo Sauaso and Brill Extend Ahead of Suncorp Showdown

The Brisbane Broncos have locked in two of their brightest young talents, extending Shalom Sauaso and Destiny Brill until the end of the 2027 NRLW season, just days before both represent Fetu Samoa at Suncorp Stadium this Sunday.

Not a fan of Ferguson losing minutes to Brill. It certainly shouldn't be 50/50 either.

Brill may play a bit more lock with Keilee gone now, depending on who Prince chooses to put there

Surely it’s Spreadborough. She was killing it.

I also wouldn’t mind seeing Shalom play centre. She’d be a great replacement for Hufanga

Presumably but she hasn’t officially signed for next year.

No doubt she could play anywhere and do well, but I think we need proper outside backs, with a bit of height to catch the high balls/passes

Where are we finding them? Our backs are tiny, Robbo notwithstanding. We will need one of them to help with the hard yards.

Prince might go back to the rugby union well, given how well Johnson worked out, and now the World Cup is over. Who knows, we might even get Stacey back for a cameo*

*I have zero confidence and assume she’ll sign for Warriors if she comes back, but she did go to the GF and support the club decked out in Broncos gear

As for available outside backs, I wouldn’t mind sneaking Krystal Blackwell from the Cows. Still has her moments but I think there’s a very good player there. Very fast too

Only 23, can play fullback and wing. Basically a Maddick replacement once she retires
