Why do we need a field goal kicker? We aren't getting within 1 point of anyone.
If by somehow a miracle happened, I'd be happy to lose by 1 point.

Decision made; if they run out the same 17 I won't watch
If they make changes, I'll watch, because it shows they acknowledge the issues and are making an effort
 
They are totally clueless against even the simplest of set plays by a middle of the road team like the Tigers. If the Storm turn up the way they usually do against Brisbane they could go a point a minute.

This really resonates as true.

The way I see him talking with the media - as best buddies - is so completely opposite to Bennett who didn't care what the media said or did. I think you are completely right.

And when you have a combination of a very young team, ineffective leaders (Boyd and Milford) and a coach who doesn't discipline young men - DISASTER.

I remember someone saying Seibold was going to bring in a "new age" of coaching - in other words - self-directed learning by the players and a "do whatever you feel is best" attitude.

It's all making sense now. Not having experienced heads around who may challenge the coach is also a recipe for disaster.

I have no idea who i'd pick in the 1 through 5, but Nui is not doing well at 1 and our wingers are rushing in on every fucking play and making no yardage metres so something needs to change.

Staggs is probably my only certainty if fit, and Herbie on a wing (not centre). Maybe Milf keeps his spot in the team but at 1.

Would be my halves. We need to make changes here at this point. Milf/Croft isn't working.

8. TPJ
9. Turpin
10. Haas

TPJ has been better through the middle but he needs help. He can't be the only one trying to bend the line.

11. Hoppa
12. Offa
13. Carrigan

I dunno who else you pick here unless Fifita is fit. We are not getting out of Carrigan at 13 what other teams are getting from their locks, not even close. Carrigan is playing as a prop in my eyes, so he may as well come off the bench as such when we have the troops to do so. When fit I would actually like to see Staggs or Bird given a go at 13.

Hoppa wasn't great early this year and either has Offa but we don't have options.

17. Fit FRF

Bench is a mess, but you need cover for a returning Turpin, and we need 3 fit front rowers.

I can't agree that both our halves are dropped. It has to be one at a time. Paix and Dearden won't do shit. They would be set up to fail. For mine, it's better to give either Croft or Milford a chance to show either that they will put in or give final proof they have to go. Then the focus turns on the other

Yeh, not sure it’s really fair to throw Dearden and Paix into the 6 and 7 of this shit team, especially against the Storm.

Milford (especially Milford) and Croft got us to this point, they should be the ones to have their careers ruined be enduring the floggings and criticisms that come with them.

The chance to give Dearden and Paix the keys passed us by about 3-4 weeks ago. It would not be fair to throw them to the wolves now.

Look I do tend to agree it is just that they have both been so bad...

My pick if 1 at a time would be keeping Milford and dropping Croft for Dearden.

That partnership played well last year with Turpin at 9
 
Milford and Croft’s defence was absolutely disgusting last night. The storm are going to tear us to pieces if we run out with both of them. You can’t afford to have halves who are passengers in defence anymore. Dearden and Paix have both shown themselves to be good defenders. I agree that it would be unfair on them to put them both in at the same time, but I think you need to drop one of Milford or Croft. We might be able to cover 1 liability in defence instead of 2.
