Design and marketing are terribly run. They’d sell a fuckton of 2015 Heritage strips (I’d buy at least one) but for whatever reason they won’t do it. I doubt Nike still have any claim to the design of the jersey if ISC decided to replicate it, but could be why.

I would say the designs are all owned by the franchise, not the supplier.
